Registration Procedures
For the 2026-2027 school year, Orangefield ISD will continue with an online registration process for all returning students. Online registration for returning students begins on July 22, 2026, through the Parent Portal system. All current students must have a parent/guardian complete this online registration prior to the student receiving their teacher assignment or schedule. Parents must have an Ascender Parent Portal account to complete the registration. Directions for the Parent Portal account are located on the Orangefield ISD website. Computer access will be made available on campuses by request.
The online registration portion for students new to Orangefield ISD will begin on July 22, 2026. Directions for the initial online portion can be found on the Orangefield ISD website. The in-person portion of new student registration will begin at individual campuses on July 27, 2026. The following documents are required for registering new students: proof of residency (most recent water, electric, or gas bill), records from the previous school (preferably most recent report card), immunization records, birth certificate, social security card, and copy of a parent/guardian’s valid driver’s license.
Registration for new students is scheduled at all three campuses during these dates and times: July 27 - July 30; August (8:00 AM - 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
August 4 & August 6 - 8 (8:00 AM - 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM)
August 11 - August 12 (8:00 AM - 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM)

Freshmen Parent Meeting
Freshmen Parent Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 30 at 6:00 PM in the Orangefield High School Cafeteria.

Fish Camp

High School Class Schedules & Parking Permits
All students must have their online registration documents completed prior to class schedule pick up. Student class schedules and parking permits will be available for pick up at the high school on Thursday, July 30 during the following times:
10th Grade……………... 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Football and Volleyball Parent Orientation
All football and volleyball players in grades 9-12 must have a parent/guardian attend their sport’s parent meeting prior to
playing in the first contest. The football meeting is in the Orangefield High School Cafeteria on Tuesday, July 28 at
6:00 PM. The volleyball meeting is in the Orangefield High School Gymnasium on Monday, August 4 at 5:30 PM.

Bobcat Football Tickets 2026-27
Previous football ticket holders may renew tickets by mail before July 30. Tickets can be renewed in person at the Orangefield Athletic Field House between August 5 - August 7. Mail-in orders can be picked up beginning August 6. Previous ticket holders may exchange or buy more tickets between August 10 - August 14. Tickets can be picked up at the Orangefield Athletic Field House between 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM.
The 2026 season tickets are available to the general public for purchase starting on August 18 at the Orangefield Athletic Field House between the hours of 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM.
Individual game day tickets will be sold online and at the gate. Links to purchase tickets will be available through the district website and social media closer to the start of the season. For more information, call 409-735-4504.
Orange and White Scrimmage and Meet the Bobcats
The Orange and White kickoff scrimmage is scheduled for Saturday, August 8 at approximately 10:00 AM at F. L. McClain Stadium. Meet the Bobcats is scheduled for Monday, August 24 at 7:00 PM at the F. L. McClain Stadium. All parents, guardians, students, and community members are invited to attend this event to meet and support our 2026 Bobcats.
Orangefield ISD Meet the Teacher
Orangefield ISD will host Meet the Teacher for all campuses to serve as student registration and a teacher meet and
greet prior to the first day of school. The schedule for each campus will be Monday, August 10 from
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
All online registration procedures, including vaccinations or affidavits, must be completed before Orangefield Elementary School and Orangefield Junior High students receive teacher and class schedules and be able to meet their teachers. Students can meet their teachers during the times listed above. Parents/guardians can deposit money in their student's lunch accounts on all three campuses on these dates.
