OHS at LCM

The boys started the day off finishing 5th overall with 135 points. Mason Boullion led the way with a 20:59, followed closely by Jaxon Agerton at 21:17 and Noah Gleason at 21:35, giving the Bobcats three runners near the front of the field. A solid outing and another good step forward for the group.
Orangefield’s girls had an outstanding meet, finishing 2nd overall with 60 points. Madelyn Root led the charge with a runner-up finish in 14:51, while Maya Manning placed 4th in 15:24. Aspen Babin also cracked the top 10 at 16:20, helping power a strong team showing from top to bottom.
The cross country team will be back on the course on September 25 in Liberty.

After going into the half tied 0-0, the Bobcats came out with a different attitude in the second half, scoring each time they touched the football en route to 22 second half points.
Ainsley Skibo, Major Butler, and Landon Agerton each found the endzone, while the Bobcat defense forced 3 turnovers, recovering 2 fumbles and putting the game on ice with a Collin James interception to end it.
With the win, the Bobcats move to 1-1 on the year and look forward to hosting LCM at home this upcoming Thursday.
